My stay at The Westin Dallas Downtown had its ups and downs. I experienced some miscommunication with the staff, especially regarding the parking and room arrangements. However, the room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the views, particularly at night, added to the experience. Overall, while the service could use improvement, I enjoyed the amenities and my time there.
